The 1.5V lithium-ion batteries are becoming increasingly popular. However, some users want to know more about the battery they are using and test the capacity to make sure its performance meets expectations. Unfortunately, conventional battery chargers often do not offer this feature. To meet this need, XTAR has launched its latest charger, the VX4 Visible Mixer.

Compatible with 1.5V & 3.6/3.7V Li-Ion 3.2V LiFePO4 & 1.2V Ni-MH batteries

The VX4 is extremely versatile and supports a wide range of battery types and sizes. From AAA/AA/A/SC 1.2V Ni-MH batteries and AA/AAA 1.5V or 3.6V - 3.7V (10430 - 21700) Li-Ion batteries to 3.2V LiFePO4 (IFR) batteries. In addition to the standard charging modes, the VX4 also offers a LiFePO4 mode for charging 3.2V LiFePO4 batteries. This flexible charging function is tailored to the different needs of users. 

The XTAR VX4 Vesible Mixer is equipped with the latest technology

The first capacity tester for rechargeable 1.5V Li-ion batteries. The unique CVSA technology for Ni-MH batteries and the 3-stage charging method for Li-ion batteries ensure greater accuracy in detecting fully charged batteries. The VX4 automatically adjusts the optimal charging current based on various factors such as battery quantity and internal resistance. For users who want more control, a manual current selection function has been added. This offers more options and improves the overall result.

The following lithium-ion battery types can be charged with the Xtar VX4:

Li-Ion IMR, INR, ICR ( 1.5V 3.6/3.7V nominal voltage): AA, AAA, 10440, 10500, 12340, 12500, 12650, 13450, 13500, 13650, 14350, 14430, 14500, 14650, 16500, 16340(RCR123), 16650, 17350, 17500, 17650, 17670, 18350, 18490, 18500, 18650, 20700, 21700, 22500, 22650, 

The following batteries can only be charged in the charging slot 1 and 4 can be charged: 25500, 26500, 26650, 26700, 32650, 32700

All batteries listed can also be charged in a protected version (PCB/BMS). 

Sizes not listed can also be charged, provided they are not thicker than 32 mm and longer than 83 mm.

The following LiFePO4 (IFR) battery types can be charged with the Xtar VX4:

LiFePO4 IFR (3.2V nominal voltage): 10440, 10500, 12340, 12500, 12650, 13450, 13500, 13650, 14350, 14430, 14500, 14650, 16500, 16340(RCR123), 16650, 17350, 17500, 17650, 17670, 18350, 18490, 18500, 18650, 20700, 21700, 22500, 22650,
