Delivery and Shopping Information

Select a product

For your convenience, products are categorized. We recommend reading the description of the item you like, which includes product features, and viewing the photos. Once you decide that you like this product, choose the desired quantity and click the "Add to cart" button. If you have any questions about the product, write to info@lukturis.lv, and we will answer your questions as soon as possible.

Shopping cart

Recommendation for you: add all the items you like to the shopping cart. Once you have viewed all the items and decided that nothing else interests you, go to the shopping cart. Here you will be able to review the selected products again, compare them, adjust the quantity of goods, keep your favorites, and simply delete the rest.

When you are sure of your choice, simply click the "Checkout" button.

Order form

The accuracy of the information entered in the order form is important for the fulfillment of your order. If you are a registered user, after logging in with your name and password, the order form fields will be automatically filled with your data.

If you want to buy without registration, in this case, all text fields in the order form must be filled out.

Important! Carefully check the address, postal code, and phone number to which the package will be delivered.

Order data confirmation

This section provides summary information about the order. It is very important to check the delivery address, as this is the address we will use to deliver the package. If you find any inaccuracies, you can clarify or correct errors by clicking the "Order" link at the top or clicking the "Back" button. If the data is correct, all that remains is to click the "Confirm order" button.

Payment

You can pay in the electronic store Lukturis.lv:

• Payment can be made using "Swedbank", "SEB", "Citadele" and other banks, as well as electronic banking services. Payments are processed using the "Klix by Citadele" payment platform;

• By bank transfer;

• By credit or debit card;

• Cash upon delivery at the physical store;

• Payment via "Paysera". Make the payment as indicated;

• Cash or card payment upon delivery by courier or postal pickup;

• Card payment when receiving the product at a parcel locker;

• Settlements are possible in euros.

By bank transfer

You can also pay for the product by transferring money to the MB Liumenai.lt account. Do not forget to indicate the order number in the payment purpose, which you will receive by email when ordering goods.

In cash

You can pay in cash:

• Picking up goods at the physical store in Klaipėda, Mainų g. 8.

Invoice

If you want a proforma invoice, write "Invoice required" in the notes and enter the necessary requisites. We will send it by email.
