The Work Sharp CPE2-I is an electric kitchen knife sharpener equipped with flexible abrasive belts and angle guides, allowing for precise sharpening of the entire cutting edge. Thanks to its lightweight and compact design, it takes up minimal space in the kitchen, while simple operation makes it ideal for everyone regardless of experience. The device features 3 sharpening zones (left and right sides plus polishing) and even allows for sharpening scissors by removing the ceramic attachment and selecting lower speed. It uses P120 grit flexible abrasive belts for a gentle yet incredibly sharp finish, while the central slot with fine-grit ceramic is used for blade polishing, quick touch-ups, and serrated knives.
