Work Sharp Blade Grinding Attachment Ken Onion Edition

The Work Sharp Blade Grinding Attachment Ken Onion Edition is designed for shaping, grinding, and polishing blades. It is compatible with Work Sharp WSKTS and Ken Onion Edition electric sharpeners.

This attachment boasts a durable polymer-metal construction to withstand the rigors of blade grinding and shaping. It easily connects to the sharpener without the need for tools. Replacing the abrasive belts is also a simple and quick process that can be done by the user.

The attachment accommodates various grades of abrasive belts with dimensions of 25.4 x 457 mm. Belt tension is managed by a 4-roller system, adjustable from 10° to 35° (with 1° accuracy).

Belt speed can be adjusted between 1200-2800 SFM (surface feet per minute) depending on the task. The central transport roller can be repositioned to fine-tune the abrasive belt tension (height) based on factors like the type of knife grind.

The Blade Grinding Attachment enhances the versatility of the Ken Onion Edition sharpener by enabling grinding, blade re-profiling, and polishing, eliminating the need for a separate, costly device.
