The Opinel Curved Knife No. 10 has a blade length of 10 cm. The blade is made of 12C27 stainless steel, modified by Sandvik and adapted to Opinel knives, and is renowned for its extremely high quality and easy daily maintenance. The steel is hardened by heat treatment with martensitic hardening. The carbon content of this steel is at least 0,40 %, making the blade of high quality and corrosion resistant. The blades are polished to give a mirror effect.

Handle

The handle of this table knife is made of fine Mediterranean olive wood. The colour varies from yellow to almost orange, with dense wood grain.
