• Blade: Made from XC90 carbon steel, containing about 0.90% carbon. This steel is hard, easy to sharpen, and has high, nearly perfect cutting properties. As carbon steel is prone to corrosion, the blade should be cleaned, dried, and oiled after each use.

• Handle: The ergonomic handle is made from beech wood.

• Locking system: Knives from N°06 to N°12 are equipped with the Virobloc locking system, which locks the blade in both the open and closed positions. Knives from N°02 to N°05 do not have this system.
