Blade length - 8 cm, stainless steel. The knife blade, made of Sandvik s modified 12C27 stainless steel for Opinel products, is renowned for its extremely high quality and easy daily maintenance. The steel is hardened by heat treatment by martensitic hardening. The carbon content of such steel is not less than 0.40%, so the blade is of high quality and corrosion resistant.
