Characteristic feature of this model is a wide blade and handle with straps from ultra-high strong fiber-glass. The length of the unfolded knife is 210 mm and folded – 120 mm. Ganzo G720 knife blade is made of 440C stainless steel that is widely used in the knife production due to its characteristics. The blade length is 90 mm and the spine thickness is 4 mm. It has a drop-point blade, i.e. the blade is with gradual decrease of the spine line.
The handle is made of G10, strong modern material with excellent characteristics: high heat-resistance and resistance to chemical effect. On the handle sides there is a grooved lining, so the knife does not slide and “sits” comfortably in the hand. Also the handle has a metal clip that allows to place the knife on the belt during transportation.
