The Kizer Masu V3697A1 is a lightweight folding knife, designed in collaboration with knifemaker Caleb Waldman. The blade is crafted from Alleima 14C28N stainless steel (developed by the Swedish company Alleima, formerly Sandvik), offering an excellent balance between hardness, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening. Featuring a versatile Drop-Point profile and a flat grind, the blade opens smoothly via a longitudinal cut-out. It is secured by a reliable Button Liner-Lock mechanism for safe operation. The ergonomic handle scales are made of Richlite—an innovative, durable, and ecological composite material derived from compressed paper and phenolic resin that ages gracefully with time.
