The Boker Plus Baba Yaga Folding Knife is a lightweight and compact EDC (Every-Day-Carry) knife. Its design was created by American knife designer Keanu Alfaro, and the model s name is a nod to Baba Yaga, a character from Slavic folklore.
The Drop-Point blade is made from M390 powdered stainless steel, known for its high resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and excellent edge retention. The blade features a flat grind, and its surface has a satin finish, giving it a semi-matte effect. The spine of the blade includes two jimped areas: a fine one at 2/3 of the blade s length and a larger one where the thumb rests. These jimpings enhance control during cutting.
The knife opens via a small flipper, which also serves as a subtle finger guard. The blade is secured by a Liner Lock mechanism.
The contoured handle scales are crafted from Micarta, a composite of fabric and epoxy resin. A resilient steel pocket clip, positioned for tip-up/right-hand carry, makes it easy to attach the knife to a pocket edge or similar. A lanyard hole is located at the end of the handle.
A nylon sheath is included with the knife.
