BM6018 is an intelligent portable special instrument that integrates four major functions of battery testing, charging, discharging and maintenance. BM6018 is an assistant for electronic engineers, which can be used to test various commonly used batteries. It is suitable for 2V~16V, 1Ah~40Ah, lithium-ion/ lithium-phosphate/ nickel-metal hydride/ nickel-cadmium/ lead-acid batteries. It has a safety housing, color LCD display and button panel. It performs performance tests, capacity tests, characteristic curve measurements, and activation and maintenance of long-term backup batteries. It can be used for charging and discharging, internal measurement! battery resistance, measure the effective capacity of the battery Ah, calculate the battery SOH. Suitable for car batteries, electric bicycles, three-wheelers, touring cars, drones and unmanned vehicles, as well as performance testing and routine maintenance of batteries for various energy storage products.
The main functions of the BM6018 tester are:
1. Charging function: Sets constant current and constant voltage charging
2. Discharging function: Sets constant discharge current and discharge cut-off voltage
3. Analysis function: Measures the internal resistance of the battery, and the actual effective capacity in Ah
4. Maintenance function: For batteries that have been in the state of non-use or standby for a long time, they should be checked every 3 to 6 months
The input voltage range of the BM6018 tester is 100 ~ 240V AC, which is universal in the global voltage range. The output DC charging current is adjustable from 0.4A~4.0A (maximum 60W), the constant voltage charging is adjustable from 2~16V, and the discharge current is adjustable from 0.2A~2A (maximum 8W). The tester has various protection and safety functions, such as reverse battery connection, incorrect connection, short circuit, overvoltage, overcurrent, and overheating. Built-in active cooling with a fan, it starts automatically when the temperature rises. The device meets the safety standards CE, EN62368, EN61000.
