Functional design

The sharpener has a light polymer construction, a wide grip ensuring stability during work, a non-slip base, a knurled knob for smooth change of the sharpening angle and 3 integrated V-type sharpeners.

Smooth adjustment of the sharpening angle

The most important factors affecting the correctness and efficiency of sharpening are the selection of the appropriate angle and its behavior (control) during grinding.

The Edge AutoSHARP has a simple adjustment system that allows you to change the sharpening angle depending on the type and purpose of the knife. Using the enlarged knob, we can smoothly adjust the angle from 14 to 24°.

This range allows you to sharpen virtually any type of knife, from kitchen knives for filleting, everyday folding knives, hunting knives, and larger outdoor knives.

The sharpening angle should be in accordance with the manufacturer s recommendations, but you can adjust it to your own preferences

It is worth remembering that a blade with a larger sharpening angle will be more durable and will stay sharp longer (at the expense of precision and aggressiveness) than a delicate edge with an angle of 20°.

Recommended sharpening angles:

• 14°- 20° - kitchen knives, filleting knives, precision cutting tools,
• 20 - 22° - EDC knives, pocket knives,
